Total newbie question about setting up motorised dish

My Satellite Setup
Technomate TMS-1500 CI+ "patched" receiver, 90cm p/f 36v motorised dish, Inverto C120 0.3db LNB, Moteck V-Box 2, Packard Bell 6052 XP Home computer, Toshiba A60 laptop, and lots of Russian Vodka !

Have a look at the sticky threads at the top of this section on how to set up a motorised dish, it's all there all you have to do is read it.
If using DiSEQc 1.2 you will need to tune in each sat, but if using USALS set up Thor and all the others fall into place, as long as your set up is 100% ok.
To select a channel just select with your remote control and the receiver will do the rest.
All you have to do now is get reading.:-doh!

Same here. Once you have learned something that bit is understood-ish but there always seems to be something else completely bewildering waiting in the wings.

Yep, and guess what... in sat-tv-world it doesn't matter how long you've been in the game, there's always going to be both grey and black areas if you go looking for them.
