I am guessing late 80's or early 90 (before high-powered Ku-birds went up).What vintage is that dish, I haven't seen that logo for a while.
AFAIK this dish generation was for the analog services where moving the dish manually was the order of the day when changing channels.
I have another prime focus dish with a similar "hand-actuator" mechanism.
Here's a pic of the 2120-version of the dish with a newer Triax logo.
Note the interesting adaptation of an CM offset polar mount for a prime focus dish.
Can't quite see how this setup will work for anything a few degrees left or right of due south...
