I sometimes have problems with TSreader too, not that problem in particular tho.
I just reinstall TSreader without uninstalling, and reboot the PC, maybe try that?

Yes. Now not working

Typical behaviour after a Windows update. Looks like an application reinstall may be on the cards and possibly reconfigure your settings in TSReader too. Clearly the output from TSReader is not being correctly passed to VLC. Can this be achieved manually by opening VLC and pointing it the correct port where TSReader is broadcasting to.
