80cm FTA

Hi
in Dublin Ireland.
been receiving most 42E channels no problem for 2 years.
80cm dish, cheap FTA receiver.
However one channel has been giving me a headache, ATV on 12633V.
SR is low (4800) but I receive channels with lower SR perfectly.
I even changed my LNB to a lower db. worked for a while but now cant hardly get any signal on this transponder.
it is the same beam as other transponders i recevive.
any ideas?
thanks

That channel is on the spot beam and you are pushing it with an 80cm dish, the West beam is much stronger, it may be that these other channels are on that beam. :)

My Satellite Setup
a variety of lnb's (5), dishes (2), diseqc motors (3) and receivers (4).
My Location
East of Cambridge (GB).
There are numerous other transponders on that beam with lower SR's, do you receive them OK?
As has been stated, according to the footprint, you are getting towards marginal reception with your size dish.
You could try tweaking your dish and changing the LNB skew to see if you get any improvement.
