A friend recently bought a tv and digi box 'all in one' package. does any one know how to programme a card for these? Cards we have tried work fine in stand alone boxes but not in the combi.

Thanks PPC

As far as i am aware it is just the same. Have you tried Kev1.6.4.

Let us know how you get on.

My mate definitely has a problem with Kevlar in his IDTV with official CAM.
He uses Omega - works ok except for PPV.
Make sure you get the latest version.
At time of writing 1.6

No that's not correct!
His Sony does work but not using Kevlar.
Works fine with Omega.
Model is KV28DX30 now superceded by DX40 - presume that's the same but who knows for sure!

The PPV coding in the ITV CAMs and STBs was changed a while back. The latest hexes support the STB method of PPV. So if you want to get PPV active you need to use an old hex such as Kevlar 1.3 - drawback is that this will be hit by all the ECMs used after this hex was made. So you could use two cards Kev 1.3 for PPV, Kev 1.65 for all else.

However, you can use an Aston CAM (1.03+ around 100quid) instead of the ITV CAM then you can use the latest hexes...
