All from Belgium and have Dutch language track, although most channels frequently show foreign programmes with Dutch subtitles

First up - entertainment channel VTM

Next Ketnet / Canvas which timeshare

Ketnet is 07-20CET, with Canvas on 20-07 CET.

Canvas is another general entertainment channel and was showing some sort of science show.

Next Vitaya, another entertainment channel. Possibly a lifestyle type channel from the programming I saw.

There are 2 other channels which I cant screencap at the moment

Kanaal Twee - not on 19E as far as I can see atm

Man - X - a mature content channel which isnt on air atm!

Ketnet --> CBBC
Canvas --> BBC TWO
Vitaya --> LIVING
Vijf --> ITV2
Kanaal Z --> mainly financial information
Kanaal Twee has been renamed 2be --> BBC THREE

would be interresting to see that TVV has a new transponder on 23,5E - will probably be used for new HD channels.
