TV4 & TVN (Polish) missing also Astra

Hi everyone posted in analogue in the past and today I am the proud owner of new digital box. The dish is pointed towards Hotbird.

I have quite few Polish channels including TVN Style, but can not find TVN. TV4 is listed but there is no reception. In the following link http://www.lyngsat.com/freetv/Poland.html they are both listed a PAL so is that anything to do with it.

Any help please?

Also although my dish is pointed towards Hotbird according to my receiver the signal strength from Astra is 80% (same as Hotbird) but I can not get any picture from the satellite. The screan is blank and it says weak signal.

An explanation would be really helpful please.

If the programmes state PAL then in almost all cases they are analogue


The following list shows TVN is only available on Amos2 at 4W if you have a digital box, however you could pick up a really cheap receiver to bolt onto the back of the system for Hotbird analogue.

Ta for your reply how do I split the cable to both boxes??
