Sameone has just told me it is on tps star.

premier direkt ppv on 19e

i checked out the tps star schedule and its not shown on it. may be possible to get a feed later on but i dont know of anywhere it is on for free. tried zdf and dsf but nothing on either. hope someone else has better news.
