Unable to get all frequencies from Hispasat. Help please

I don't know much about satellite TV, but I have recently managed to point my satellite to Hispasat. However, I can only get some frequencies, and with good quality! (I have noticed that they are all Vertical signals, even though I don't really know what this means ).
Do you have an explanation for this? What do you sugest I should do to receive the other channels/frequencies?
