unauthorised Sky digital in France

I am a Sky digital viewer in southern france, with a digibox, large dish and a BBC card.

As I am abroad I cannot get the sky card, however I am hearing around that there may be some means now to programme a card for digital. I have searched around and found the new Mastera 3 Mega programmer.

This can make direct copies of existing cards. Anyone know if this can be used to copy an existing sky card and then use to view, or is there a hardware ie box fix as well?

Hi Toulousain, welcome to the forum. Despite what may be rumoured, as far as I know there is no hack, either hardware or software for Sky digital.

Having said that, you're living in France does not mean that you cannot get a Sky card. All you need is a friend with a UK address to order one for you.
