Go here and a popup window gives info.
http://www.digicrack.de

Order one here
http://www.digicrack.de/warenhaus/docs/pd-1119884132.htm

No clear info yet on how it works (eg can you use all 4 systems at once; must you reinitialise the CAM inbetween; etc.)

Dear 2old, do you think it will really be available as an official authorised product. My may concern will be it could be a rip off as all the main providers are updating there encryption systems.

yeah, but the whole point about this universal CAM is that the firmware can be freely updated.
Note also that there is a difference between updaing the cards (what Canal+ have just embarked on for their Mediaguard stuff) and updating the CAM. It is not necessarily the case that new cards require new CAMs. Irdeto ACS v1 was updated to v2 recently, taking it out of the reach (for the time being) of we hobbyists, but the new cards issued still work in normal Irdeto CAMs.

I think we have to wait and see.

Very tempted to order one 2old, have you had any dealings with the last link you mentioned? Certainly seems value for money.

never dealt with them (Jensy Electronics) directly, but they look genuine enough.
Best thing would be to ring them (tel num on their multipage homepage) and find out first whether or not it's actually available (other info elsewhere suggests not till end/Dec or Jan/02 although Jensy's site clearly stated @10-dec that it was in stock)

What encryptions are actually built in, would it allow for the goldwafer?

Sat-2000 says Seca/Irdeto/betacrypt/cryptoworks

Hi,
I’ve got just a few questions ... :

1. ...
2.
Digicrack says it can decrypt “ Seca/Aston + Viaccess + Irdeto + ‘etc.‘ “ ?? and that they have it in stock at € 155
Sat-2000.com says Seca/Irdeto/betacrypt/cryptoworks .
Eurosat-Electronics says it functions like the Aston 1.05 (I don’t know what that means) and has it at € 142.65
Satplus.net says they’ll have it starting Jan 3rd
Jensy Electronics says they have it in stock at € 125
WHAT DO YOU SAY ?
