Can anyone help? tried to update /add channels and now box is not working at all?

- Technomate 5402 HD M2 Ci, DM7000s, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Promax HD Ranger+ spectrum analyser.

Just seen your other post, and it would appear that you are getting error messages. As a first resort you could try pulling out the plug and reconnecting the power. Second try a factory reset see this thread http://www.satellites.co.uk/scripts/webforum/DCForumID24/451.html.
Lastly if none of the above work, then there is a small hole next to the card slot into which you insert a small scredriver or plastic needle to force a reset.

not sure its my brothers box,he phoned and asked if I could help.
He tried to add channels which he thought worked,then later all channels went off and he gets 'update error' messages and 'out of order messages' on the front led display.So I think it must be stuck in standby.
