Hello

I've got a Matrix CAM Reborn and want to update the FW on it.
I couldn't quite grasp how everything works and frankly I've got no clue which FWs there are (Official or custom, I read something about a Neo FW?) as well as I have no clue about how to use keys.
It would be great if you could tell me or point me to sources so I can:
  • Determine which FW I should load onto it, which one the newest is
  • What Software and Hardware as well as which files I need for this
  • How to add keys (are there whole packages to add all of them?)

Any help would be greatly appreciated :D

Just use the latest updated Neo 405 file, whish are produced by fellow enthusiasts as there is no more official support for these cams, put Neo405 into a search engine.

What hardware do I need to update the card?
I got the .bin file but what software do I need to flash the cart?

You can use a Cas programmer or a card programmer and requisite loader card.
What hardware do you have?
What are you trying to open with this cam? There are not a lot of channels currently open, mainly Digi TV, 1 West, and some channels on 13E, that have just become available.
