upgrade problems with golden interstar 8001

hi
everybody, i got some problems with golden interstar 8001 ,
even having the appropriate loader and zip files downloaded from the internet: some windows remain deactivated while trying the update.
Another interesting point is that this receiver is operational with viaccess cas unfortunately not operational with irdeto/seca-mediaguard /nagravision....
N.B: the hex keys may be introduced by the rem.con.

Are you still having problems ? Are you using loader 1.9 ?

I trust hass is now sorted as his post was made in April 2004 :-doh!
Don't feel bad everone (well nearly) does it. I'm sure hass would have appreciated the assistance. It is refreshing to see someone wanting to help rather than asking for help
