Have you setup your communication settings correctly?

Can you ping your Dreambox from your PC?

Have you allowed your Dreambox IP as a trusted IP in your router (if applicable)?

Yep i can ping my dbox and connect with no problem thru my lan, however it seems i cant connect to the internet with my lan connection enabled, strange, my firewall has no problem with the dbox trying to get out im on a belkin wifi with the router dwnstairs and my pc and dbox upstairs connected by cat to db and card to router any ideas mate

Have you set your nameserver correctly (nameserver = ISP DNS server)? Enabled network?

that is just how i have written it m8 i just shortened it for convenience.
i seem to have resolved the lan prob but still not making connection with blue button. my nameserver is set for my router i left it after letting dhcp sort it then changed the last digits. its doin my head in a lovely day like this and im sat trying to solve this. think ill go for a pint
