I don't know if I understand this 100% but would it be right to assume that if I'm setting up a motorised system (USALS, Motec) at a Long. position of 0,43E (near to zero) I should be looking for 1W as the starting point?

Technomate 5402 HD M2 Ci, DM7000s, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Promax HD Ranger+ spectrum analyser.

Yes it is a good starting point.
