This is probably a very simple question for all you experienced guy's and gal's out there but anyway here it is.
If I buy a Viaccess Mp4 cam does it need a card inserted as well or will it just recode mp4 to mp2 as it stands?:confused

Technomate 5402 HD M2 Ci, DM7000s, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Promax HD Ranger+ spectrum analyser.

It will decode unencrypted MPEG4 channels, but obviously you will also need a card if they are encrypted. :)
