What is Viacess 2.4 is it new . is it an upgrade to Viacess 2. The reason I ask is that my Nokia 9800 is Viacess 2. I was about to purchase the ART ARABSUQ offiical card. I just now realised its in Viaccess 2.4 encryption will this stopn me from veiwing with a officail card.
