Please Help! I am looking for Viaccess RedCam V484 firmware, I am going to upgrade my V483. Anyone can help ?

hi,
i tried upgrading it by tuning the set top box in the above frequency and then inserting the cam.the message popped as initialising CI module.nothing else happened.what to do?
and also does the red cam read both viaccess 1 and 2 cards?
