I live in England and like to be to able to view Irish tv is there a way of a freeview card like our one or is it in with the sky package?
and are there dealers out there who can help?

The ONLY way to get the RTE channels currently is get a subscription registered at an Irish address - theres no Irish equivalent of the ftv card.
