got some very bad viruses on my computer, what tools can i download and are thay free, because some tools are suppose to be free but there not at all, you do your scan and it finds loads but then sks you to pay before it gets rid off them, what a con

sorry for the bad thread but i am having a very bad day with my computer, if its not this f@@@@@
microsoft message that keeps coming up all the time its these nasty viruses which i have on my computer
so i thought i would get some of these free virus protection things from the net,but its not free like thay all say
it cost you quite a lot of money, but you think its free and it says its free till it finds loads of very bad viruses
then it says somthing like get rid of these viruses and i click yes and it says please pay $ 29 and i thought what a load of wan@@@s
