wall bracket

I have fitted my bracket to the wall, it will be a motorised system. I used a spirit level and it may be a fraction out, but I read it must be 100% straight. is this true and what problems will I face if not straight.

It's true,use the longest spirit level you can get.If you do that you can adjust it more accurate.

If your mount isnt perfectly vertical, your dish wont track the arc correctly.

I ended up using washers between the bracket and wall to get it perfect.

If you don't get it right then you will loose some of the satellite positions.

If the tube is open at both ends then try dropping a plumb-line down the centre.
