Have anyone of you installed your Toroidal 90 inside on your balcony?

Just want to know how big it looks as i can't mount it on the outside of the balcony like that German guy on Satlex.

I am thinking of buying this dish and feed all LNBs to a Dreambox 7020 or TripleDragon, it would be much smoother than hunting down a good 36V receiver which seems to be ancient today.

The 90 is a lot bigger than 90cm in the horizontal dimension, so it will look considerably bigger than you imagine

But will it look enormous compared to a 90cm Offset dish?

I have calculated and the T90 is 109cm wide which will take up most part of my balcony wall where my window is.

maybe not when i measured the size now, the dish is only 109 cm wide in the lower part of the dish and formed like a egg in the top, might not be so much big after all.

Look here.

Ok, i have measured today and the Fibostöp 90cm i got is not much smaller than the T90, the Fibostöp 90 cm is 104 cm wide and the T90 108.6 cm wide.

I think i will skip the Fibostöp i have and install the T90 instead coupled to the Dreambox 7020s or the Triple Dragon receiver.

That would be a killer system as i don't need to wait for the motor to turn around.

Seems not to be so many Wavefrontier owners in the U.K.

Anyone know what LNB is the best for this dish? is the Sharp .4 LNB good? or should i choose another one?

Don't want to p!ss on your parade m8, but there's no way that's as strong as the original setup by a long way. Why didn't you just have an extension welded onto the upright?

It's not too late! :D

It is strong, it's M16 and stable as hell, i wouldn't have done it if it didn't work well.

I had my Fibo 90cm on it before, i just need some heavy thing to put on the foot.

Anyway here is a funny photo from Russia, he can't receive much down there.
