Web Host Recommendation

I have a Windows VPS hosted in the UK, hosting only 4 websites.
I am looking for a cheaper alternative like Windows web sharing hosting.
My current host has this option but they want annual payment and I prefer monthly payment.
Please let me know if you can recommend your current host and their name.

Thanks. They are my current VPS host, but their web sharing offers is only with annual payments.
I will probably switch to one of their new downgraded VPS, if I don't find anything better.

I have a choice on storage either 45GB HDD SATA or 30GB SSD
which one should I choose?
I don't need much storage for my websites, but is SSD reliable enough these days?
