Very impressive. Can I ask where you purchased the wall bracket ? Looks like a good one.

OK thanks for the reply. Just looking around as I am thinking of moving to a motorised dish in the near future and wanted a strong wall mount. J.

You are talking to the wrong guy here as I use a 36V motor with a positioner, but click on settings, diseqc, then it should ( i think) see your motor. Then custom, and you can set east/west limits and stuff. As I've never used it before some of this could be in the wrong order, but have a fiddle and if you get no joy in 30mins or so then post back here and I'll grab the big guns who have used this.

Nearly forgot - go to the ProgDvb site and grab the DisEqC plugin first, and put it in the folder.

You may need to download the DiseqC plugin for ProgDVB. :) There are set procedures for it and it must be set up in the correct order. http://www.progdvb.com/

They should be in the zip file, it is maybe 3 years since I last installed it, so have totally forgotten. :)

you will need to put al the plugins into to the prgdvb folder
then your have the option under plugins in progdvb while its runing then will need to put transponder folder in DiseqC
something like that will get you started

Hi
Put a jubilee clip round your pole just under the motor to stop it slipping down whilst you are looking for your south satellite.

Looked at you pic again, nice mount with the extra stay. Are you sure that you have enough slack in the co-ax from the lnb to the motor? It looks a bit tight to me, would not like to think of it pulling out when you go east. If you have enough slack it looks as if it might rub against the dish mount and/or the dish mounting stub to the motor. That might abraid the cable in time and let in water, just my thoughts.

hi jumbuck,
plenty of cable, it's just the way it's hanging (not taped it up yet to the arm because it was getting a bit late and dark) as for the bracket you might get offered mine, :( because the way i feel the dish would have gone in the bin by now only it's too big (maybe i'll use it as a frisby)

Deleted this post since I see you're using a different Diseqc plugin than the Mibi one for the Skystar 2 that I have used, so my comments were invalid!
