OK, it's now looking like most add blocking software is being detected by most sites with any sort of google adds, all you get now is ""We have detected add blocking on your system, please disable it to continue"" and you can't get by it till you do.

YAH...RIGHT... I put add blocking on my system's to keep from seeing all those stupid adds, has anyone got an undetectable add blocker??? That works??

The add blocking software developers need to get on the band wagon and get some fixes out there.

Yahoo videos work fine with ad blockers enabled here.

Yes I noticed when abroad last there seems to be some geolocation element to the blocking as well, they are going to eventually make the internet unusable with all the crap to slow your PC down

It is annoying, but they want revenue. I respect that, but I nevertheless reserve the right to attempt to defeat ads.

Of those using blocking detection, some I've whitelisted, and some I've voted with my feet and abandoned - no revenue for them!

I remember using crude early web systems like Prestel, where you actually paid directly to access a site!

Does not inspire confidence in a system where so many unusual things in the trial took place and nobody questioned any of those things, compensation alone should see him through to retirement

Before Prestel I remember having to dial up each individual Bulletin Board directly with a ZX Spectrum with 75 bps upload speed and 1200 download which easily beat the BBC with its 300 upload and download - my current speeds are well over 10,000 times those days.
