hi all . when i click on USALS tab in my receiver a window comes and there is an option "go to reference".I wonder what does "go to reference" do and when it is used? Furthermore, what does "step move" and "continuouse move" and "limit setup" do and when they are used? hope an expert explain the above options. Thanks in advance.

USALS is for a motorized dish, you enter your co-ordinates, longitude and latitude, set the motor up, then once a satellite is selected the motor will move to it, using your co-ordinates as a reference.
If you are not using a motorized dish forget using USALS.
Your satellite setup information doesn't provide enough information and your location is very vague.

Thanks for reply. I am using motorized dish only want to know what does "go to reference" means. Is it moving the dish toward true south(zero longitude) based on my co-ordinates?

Reference is you motor's zero position, it will help if you motor has become lost by manual adjustment. Will close this thread as you have another thread running.
