what mature content channels offers american movies

im thinking about buying an official card but im not sure which. i would prefer one showing mostly american films but most of the channels seem to show european. can any one advise me please?

Is there much difference between US and European intercourse, apart from the plastic ?

Hair, scenery, noises, lighting, camera work (maybe NTSC conversion to PAL makes things seem a little more fullsome ?), storyline, or direction of the film ?
