What size dish do i need for noursat?

Hi
I am trying to receive noursat on 8.0W but the channels signal levels are not stable, sometimes strong and other times wont lock.
I have a 80cm dish with 0.7 LNB. Everything else on the sat comes through @ 90% signal quality. Is their something wrong with the transponder or maybe my LNB is faulty? please help

Technomate 5402 HD M2 Ci, DM7000s, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Promax HD Ranger+ spectrum analyser.

Coming in here in Southern UK at about 68% signal to Noise on an 80cm dish what settings are you using, should be 12698, 2170, 7/8

PS. It's identified as Service 2 on my box.
