What type of card is the dragon Loader Card

I have finally purchased a Dragon Cam it comes with a Red Card with a dragon on it.
I also bought a Infinity USB Phoenix Programmer.
Does the card go in chip side up or chip side down?
When I open the Phoenix software what card type shall I choose from th drop down menu for the Dragon Loader card.

the card goes chip side up.

when you put the card in your programmer doesnt it come up a box saying chacking your card?

No it does not.

Thats strange. In my programmer a box comes up the first minute i put the card in saying checking the and that the contents of the card will automatically be deleted.

Which file types shall I load on to this?
The person who sold be the dragon cam and loader card with the phonix programmer said this is all you need to unlock the sky italia package. Is he telling the truth.

yes mate, with only the dragon cam then you can watch sky italia+tequilla+conax. and you can find the latest firmware here

Dear RolfW
I am totally gutted as I have forked £148 om the above stuff only to see at the moment that the dragon cam is not looking compatible with a Nokiamediamaster 9800s. Is amyone successfully got this receiver to work with the dragon cam. Is there a fix available. For your information when inserted the cam in with the loader card inside and all the latest firmware downloaded to the card. I switced on the Nokia9800s and just got a blank screen. The buttons are frozen as well.

Let me know your advice.

Make sure you are tuned to a free to air programme on the telly ... BBC etc.


Put in your cam with the dragon card in it (into receiver)

Switch off your receiver and then switch it back on again

Go to menu and select Preditor 2.18 or whatever version

Should start to load programme

When installed ... remove card from cam and cam from receiver

Switch off receiver and replace cam, switch on receiver

You should now get all the progs that you want
