what's fta for setup?

Technomate tm-5500 ci+
1m Funke dish
Moteck 2100 motor
0.3 Blueline lnb
My Location

Hi all, I'm trying to setup my motor system(tech5500,moteck2100,funke1m)and i know i should start with thor at 1o west but i think i,ve got hotbird at 13o east and my quaility is up in the 90,s,but i tried bbc world and it says scrambled?is this right if so whats fta so i can at least see some kind of picture before i go back and start at 1owest.thanx.

I get BBC World, FTA on 1*west at 11325H, 24500.
At 13*east try 11018H, 27500 you should get pictures on that transponder.
