As who says? I switched zeus -> gemini -> zeus

Also I googled with gemini image 5620 as the 3 input keywords and I saw what you wanted.

why did you then switch for zeus?

what was the reason?

Hi suro!

Zeus has alot more features and is more user friendly, The most useful feature
to note being able to assign individual softcams for each channel.
I would add that having used Gemini for the past few weeks that it is
the more stable of the two images but you will find if you try the two out
most people lean towards the Hydra image.
Also did you find the image?

Zeus went wobbly for a week when they lost their d/load site and a key person went walkies. So I tried gemini but it had fewer facilities - like backup to usb. Stability is about the same. I crash mine by fast zapping. Maybe if a daily reboot is done, everything would be more stable . . .
And as Sonic rightly says, gemini does not allow different cams or CI to be assigned or stuck to different channels. This is a big downer.

There is a new version 1.04 (beta) of Gemini out today.

I've got it, but I haven't tried it yet.

~~Edit~~ sorry, I should have said that it is for the 7000.

Also see there is a new 7020 image section at dreambox.net.au, but no actual images yet... :-bash

Gemini 1.04 worked fine this morning when I gave it a little try. I set up my box with a USB stick for the 1st time. Original image in flash and put Gemini 1.04 on the stick ( and zeus ). I will play with it in a few minutes to see what the differences are.

Do you know which exact version of Enigma Gemini 1.04 is based on?

Is it 1.08.2 beta?

Thanks.

1.08.2 beta - yes.
Very stable for me, as I get problems with lock-ups on Hydra even on usb stick., usuually when running HD.
