Advice Needed Which new 4K STB will be best for me?

I'm getting more and more perched for the new Zgemma H7s as of late! The specs look amazing, it has latest Kernel, OpenGL (Kodi), the same tuner chipset as SF4008 (multistreams), hbbtv etc. No blindscan yet. The only thing that worries me is that maybe it won't have the support that SF4008 and Mutant HD51 are already getting from various E2 teams....
I prefer satellite receivers that are designed in Germany (VU+, Dreambox) or Poland (Mutant HD51 which is the same as AX 4K HD51). I believe the support is much better, even if the support forums languages are mainly in German or Polish, I can manage with Google Translation to understand.

What is the issue with the Mutant remote?

It is probably not as user friendly as a VU+ remote, but to be honest I didn't find any issues with it. Font size is smaller.
Some of the keys are in different position relatively to the VU+ and most of the time I press the wrong key and then see my mistake. It just takes a bit of getting used to. It is lighter which is a plus.

To be honest, I find the Vu remote a bit awkward to use - always have done. And Solo2's one has some numb buttons - there's no discernible physical click, just feels meh.

Maybe Octagon will be better... Too many iffy things on the HD51... Though the inclusion of CI+ compatible CAM slot is attractive.

The problem is at that moment we can't find anything that has everything, lol!

Well, to be fair I thought about this as well, however it's the demand which brings the unofficial support. If Zgemma play their cards right they could attract lots of owners, but will they? Build quality should be no issue, not all brands if any are made in EU anyway...
I wish I could test any STB before I buy it though!

Perhaps you can order a receiver, test it and if you are not satisfied within 14 days, you can return it and get full refund.
I did this with Amazon US when the radio I ordered didn't meet my expectations.
I sent it back in original package, got refund and no questions were asked.

The Vu+ receivers are good but they are not for the faint hearted. The menus are hard to follow and understand but if you have got a few days spare you will work it out eventually.
