I used to set up satellite systems for the military, and I've also been an antenna development engineer.

Very few 'aerial' engineers work for Sky. ;)

Multiple systems, fixed, motorised, TVRO and VSAT, some on inclined orbit. Largest to date has been a 7.5m realignment in middle Russia.
Worked in all continents apart from Australasia.

I sometimes feel like one when I,m working. Lovelly caravanners constantly asking me to help them set up their sat dish.
Just because I have 2 dishes on the caravan (19e & 28e) they all seem to think I know what I'm doing.:-rofl2 Poor deluded fools.
