Why I have thousands of dis-continuity in data stream ?

Hi Friends

I'm using Skystar2 with the latest stable driver and synet (latest) for grabbing data with signal quality/level approx 85-90, but still I'm gatting discontinuity count in thousands some times in hundreds.
Can anyone will tell me why the hell this is happening ?
What I need to configure/chnage for low discontinuity count ?

Perhaps they are unclear as to what exactly it is you are attempting to achieve, thus prefer not to respond as this sometimes leads to a backlash. From my own perspective I would like to enquire what is the purpose of grabbing a datastream and all the virus activity that goes with it?

Dear Thank you for ur reply.
But I'm asking why I'm getting large number discontinuity ? And I know the grabbing comes with lots of viruses, but who cares as long as I'm getting the data.

Unfortunately the use of data grabbing programs from satellite streams has all but disappeared in Europe (where most of our members hail from) as the broadband coverage is now so good near the cities. Also capturing other people's downloads blindly is so hit and miss, that most members found it to be largely a waste of time.

If you are getting lots of errors, it is probably because there are lots of errors in the transmitted stream, either that or you require a return path to correct the errors.
