It is just another way of selling a souvenir plate T_G once again a play on words I'm afraid. They are made in different sizes colours but all have similar wording that infers that you are receiving this award because you finally got around to it but spelt tuit. Thus implying that men are not very good at finishing what they started. I have yet to find something suitable to present to women who never start it in the first place. I do have one in a cupboard somewhere T_G, when SWMBO has finished watching BBC 4 and deems it time to reply to my question where is my round tuit I will take a photo and let you see my round tuit, for the moment this will have to suffice
