Hi guys, could you please tell me if this setup would work:
skystar 2 pci card + Fortec Star Monoblock. I ask this because the monoblock lnb has a diseqc switch but i don't think its a diseqc 1.2 switch, so i need to know if the skystar 2 will work with it?!?!

Technomate 5402 HD M2 Ci, DM7000s, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Promax HD Ranger+ spectrum analyser.

What information do you have on the Monobloc FoneFreak? The Skystar has DiseqC 1.0 and will normally control the average monobloc using A and B or 1 and 2, whichever way it is expressed.

The only info i have is Fortec Star Monoblock
Receives astra + hotbird in one

inbuilt diseqc switch

I would guess that it should work OK, haven't found one that doesn't yet.
