how can i read a BasicCard with the WinEplorer. I heard there is a basiccard.xvb sript available, but where can i get it?

I think you need to give more information you are mentioning words or terms that I do not recognise.

I did a google search and found this but still do not know what it is all about, it would appear it is nothing to do with satellite TV.
