Wonderful Problem with STARSAT

hi
i have a wonderful problem with Start-Sat reciever.
when to turn off reciever in some times I lost All data.
and when to turn on the reciever it want to insatll satellite.

oh that a big misery!
install satelllite and change channel situation.....

My reciever model : SR-X190D premium
