I would check 10E but we are still on holiday. What's the reason for the pre-record?They appear to be pre-recording tonight's X Factor with a start time of around 16.30. While they are more than likely using the fibre link to do the recording, I imagine the satellite feed will still be there as a back up. I'm locked on 12.5w but no signal yet. Has anyone spotted anything on 10E?
Looks like they used this as an emergency playout, with the Fibre recording suffering major sound issues. With it being a pre-recording, there would have been no uplink time booked to do it on 12.5w/10E, so it makes sense that they used 28.2e which as far as I know, they have a constant link up to.Back up feed is on 28.2°E tonight

Nope nothing at all. The show was pre-recorded so there was no talkback track.Did the 28.2e sat feed have breakup too? Curious if anyone recorded it talkback may have been interesting!
