Hi Martin that sounds interesting does it have an accurate Blind Scan ?
Which model is the best DVB S2 - X SQUARE TECHNOLOGY

@william-1 . Hi Will, its this model I use, it can be a little bit out on weak signals but the blind scan is very quick, I put it side by side with the tm 6900 blind scan model and it finds everything that does and the tuner is better on weak signals, this is an older model, @Costactc would be best to advise you on the later models :)

The Menu's on the X2 Premium are very similar to the Spiderbox 6000HD that I tested over 2 years ago,
Most of the comparisons made here with the TM5302HD are very interesting,

It is a bit like comparing the DrHD D15-F15-F16 series with the TM M1-M2-M3 series basically they are the same receiver with some minor changes.

Tuner sensitivity can be influenced by changes in software the original software when altered to accommodate new features,

Software updates can also effect other normal receiver functions such as DiSEqC motor controls & Blind Scan functions ect if done by persons not fully conversant with what all the original software does & can degrade the normal receiver functions,

I am looking forward to the next satellite receiver that I test the software writer has got it right 1st time :)
