Vivacom has not yet left its original Intelsat 904 satellite, there is still a multiplex broadcast on this satellite with the free broadcast City TV program at 11.635 GHz. This mux can also be received from the new Intelsat 38 satellite at 11.555 GHz.

According to the licenses required by Intelsat to the FCC... beginning February 20, Galaxy 11 should start moving to the orbital slot at 93,1°W (inclined orbit). While the Intelsat 904 should start moving from March 1, in the orbital position at 29,5°W, where it will replace the Intelsat 901... in turn will be ready for the mission of the MEV-1, if the mission will be successful will be reallocated to 27,5°W replacing the Intelsat 907.

Yes I also noticed that earlier today & have updated flysat & Lynsat
FlySat Intelsat 904 @ 45.1° East
Christain Lynmark likes to double check before he updates his chart,

As soon as Dialog TV completes the transfer of the rest of the transponders on Intelsat 901 to Intelsat 38 then 901 can move to a new location.

No sign of any movement ATM for Intelsat 904
It's moving probably. The TLE is old, that often means they "lost" the satellite.
Should be at 44.8°E now, the drift to 29.5°W will take half a year if the planned drift is only 0.4°W/day.

Intelsat 38 (AzerSpace-2) has moved slightly to 45.1°E according Intelsat ephemeris.
Until a few days ago, IS-38 was co-located with Blagovest 1 (Cosmos 2520) at 45.0°E.
It was indeed unusual, having 2 satellites of different operators at exactly the same slot.

The TLE's of both satellites are still swapped at the moment!
See below graph, that (incorrectly) shows Blagovest moving to 45.1°E...
