France meteo has issued storm warnings in twenty regions for the next 72 hours.

Time to disconnect some of the outdoor equipment from the indoor kit.

Yes, we were supposed to have thunder storms as of lunch time, however we have yet to see any.. though I could go out and water the garden which will ensure a downpour afterwards.

I like a good euphemism.

And that is nothing like a good euphemism :-peepee

Yes they are, but the active cell is heading across the Channel for Brighton. The other strikes down near La Rochelle look to be dying out. However I reckon the ones heading across the Bay Of Biscay may hit us during the night..

.....no watering the garden as I avoided my diuretics today and we went out for lunch where I only had a 'jus d'orange'....maybe that should be 'jus d'orage'...

I wish you would not use complicated words, every time I have to Google the meaning. In case we get some lightning I have removed the satellite aerial and the aerial on the SDR, I may as well leave it disconnected as I can never get it to work, too complicated for me.

Somewhere in England (possibly?)!
"Coming down a bit" here (21.30)!

Hope the rain forecast over the next few days will fill up the garden tanks as they are getting quite low (and we won't have water "everything" for a week or so).

Well, no thunder or rain here overnight. I'm expecting a non euphemistic 50 metre hose reel to be delivered today. That should bring on a deluge of biblical proportions for the next 40 days.....

No rain ATM - but it's only a "matter of time" (hopefully I can get this morning's click & collect, and a visit to the surgery, done before that happens)!

Been raining here nice and steady since midnight and the forecast is until 18.00. A day off from watering the plant pots.
