when i dsr9500 started , it display menu downloading then stopped
Try samreset. It will reset your sammy to its factory defaults- Adi_T

Samsung DSR 9000 - Problem
Go to menu --> System Information --> press 0000 This will reset your pin to 0000 ( factory default)- Adi_T
