Thanks Channel Hopper. It does seem to have rectified itself since my last post. Still going into power save over night but not losing the picture. However I with keep the instructions you have posted in case it happens again.

When the box if left for example over night it switches to power save mode. When we switch back on there is no picture on ITV & BBC HD only sound. This only happens to these two channels. We then have to un plug and reboot the box after which the picture returns. Any ideas of a fix or is it...

Thanks satelliteman I am fast reaching the conclusion that I drop a ******* buying it. Think I will have to cut my loses and replace the box, seems to be very temperamental. Do you supply boxes if so what do you recommend ?

I have a Thomson Sky HD Box and have lost the picture on these two channels. Any suggestions to fix this. All other HD Channels are OK Just BBC & ITV.

I am in Alicante with a 1.45 dish central LNB. We are set up towards 28.2. Bit new to this, but will this pick up from 19.2 as well or do we need to make some modifications. Any advice appreciated.
