I'm looking to set up a FTV system at a house near Murcia airport on Spain's Costa Calida(south Costa Blanca). I've been told that in southern Spain one can't get ITV1 on 103.....you can only get stuff on vertical polaristaion....and it has to be accessed thru add channels etc...my question is...

Thanks....just tried that but still no good.....I left it on ITV through the night and when i switched the TV on this morning ITV was there!! BUT..as soon as I switched away from it and back again,.......GONE..... 'O'-red

Alsp, on a couple of the FTA msuic channels, I can get them ok, but if I scroll past them and back again they disappear.....but if I go a couple of channels back BEFORE them...then forward onto them, they reappear!!! Is this a dodgy digibox? Help!

I'm just testing a Panasonic DSB30 in Birmingham UK and I'm getting the same problem.....I bought the box off ebay and connected it up to my existing dish (plus a "pouted" FTV card) nad can get BBC1 but not 2 or ITV1, but C4 and C5 are fine......what's going on?

Does anyone know if reception of Astra 2D is possible at La Manga, near Cartagena, south east Spain? I'm buying a place near there next month and would like to know if it IS possible...what type of equipment will I need...size of dish, LNB, decoder etc.....and maybe cost too.......if it ISN'T...
