You got it right, if you load images and multiboot onto your hd then it will spin all the time, but if you put them onto USB then you won't get that problem. PS mental note to self, type quicker lol

Try using dcc(dreambox control centre), go to ftp tab bottom left, it will come up with a list of all files on your hard drive, just right click on the ones you want to delete and select delete. Like gameboy says I would make a copy of them first on your pc so if you still need them you got them.

Good news at last, i saw my washed usb stick sitting all lonely on my window sill today and i thought "I wonder", so i tried it in my pc and hey presto it was working. So I rushed downstairs and stuck it in my db and it worked, all the data was corrupt and I had to re-format it but hey thats life.:D

Passwords are the same using gemini, have you checked your connections? if they are ok then i would try and re-flash gemini. are you using multiboot or just using the onboard flash? are you putting the pass and login in the right way round? Let us know how you get on.
