I have exactly the same problem this morning as does my neighbour, I suspect it's not an LNB fault but that someting has changed up there.

Freesat works fine in Cyprus. I'm using a Foxsat HDR and all I did was put in a postcode and it downloaded all that I wanted. I'm in the Paphos area with a 3 metre dish.

The main supplier of these dishes in Paphos is Snapsat. I have seen them come in a 40ft container. 120 dishes in the container and 40 on a pallet at an angle with the fittings stored underneath.

Looks like one of Zades dishes theres a few around. I can get you a closer photograph if you want.

Acouple of things make me doubt this Ukrainecom character. He quotes 40 k for a modulator. I would have thought that was peanuts compared to the 1.5 million p.a. for a transponder and even then that's only 8-10 channels. He also says he will broadcast to Canada. I may have missed something but...

I find that clinfilm traps the moisture in as well. Double sided sticky tape seems to keep them away

I'm happy making a living just servicing dishes when other companies have abandoned their customers and so long as Andy and Simon are in business then its enough to keep me going. Havent heard anything bad anout snap hes a british lad been about for 2 years now.

You can fool some of the people some of the time. I think he's coming unstuck now cos when it don't work the customer goes and measures it. His reputation is spreading.

I've just come across another of his where he charged for a 2.7 and fitted a 2.5. and this one doesn't work either. I hear he can't actually buy any 2.7s
