l have a choice b/w two cam's ,one to access free-x tv , other one to access full-x1,2 tv which one l have to choice ,and why ? thanks in advance

for me ,l can watch the free-x tv only not dream-x ( only voice), using free-x tv cam, can any one help me why this , also how l can update this cam, thanks
