would it be possible for a standard sky dish to receive signals from thor satellite.
I have motorised setup which I have set up but is a bit temperamental.
So I thought about pointing a spare sky dish at Thor, So before I get too involved in the preperation. Is it feasable.? will I get good...
Guys I was in the same position.I could not mount cifs.I tried just now following pcd`s guide exactly and it would still not mount. Then by luck I thought my toddler had kicked out the network cable so I rebooted the dreambox and tried the mount again......and it failed...just joking it worked...
Whoa ,whoa slow down big fella. You`re forgetting I am a newbie lets just take nice easy steps none of that technobabble.
If I go to 42e then raise or lower the dish, will that not affect thor? when I center the dish again?
Hello all I have just set up my dish semi permanent at the moment

I live in Oxfordshire and have set up the dish I cannot gurantee the dish is perfectly straight (answers my own question)

No m8 I think I have my wires crossed, IT was canal+ that was freezing that I wanted advice on now I seem to be confusing myself with tps.
I will try the cccam 205a in a while
